THE VOICE INSIDE MY HEAD
I am a minority within a minority within a minority. All of my life I struggled to voice my feelings and fought for my dreams. Regardless of all the people that tried to suppress me and my feelings, I managed to exist.
The voice inside my head was louder than any obstructions.
Mazen Khaddaj was born in Mount Lebanon in 1985. He is a multidisciplinaryartist working in painting, performance, video art, and installation. Hereceived his BA in graphic design from the American University of Scienceand Technology in Beirut (2008) and worked as an accomplished Art Directorfor several years in multinational advertising companies before dedicatinghimself fully to the arts.
